Looking to swap out smoking k241 with k301 in a 210 told k301 came out of 212. Will the electrical be an issue or just be plug in ?

As long as the oil pan is is the same , its plug and play.

Electrical should be the same if the K301 came out of a 212.

Mounts are different from the early years compared to the mid and later years. Early years mount to the oil pan, later years mount to the side of the block.

Make sure your K301 has the cooling tin. The shroud that fits over the top of the head may be different. The spark plug location is the issue. I will be doing the same thing, replacing a K241 with a K301in my 78 JD 210.
