Does anyone know how to test a 300 series hydro without an engine? Ive tried using a drill but it didn't work... any suggestions?

What are you trying to test?

Your drill might not spin fast enough to get the fluid sucked up to the pump.

I was trying the test the hydro and trans axle to see if the wheels would spin, is there any other methods?

You did spin your drill CCW? I did that years ago with a 317. I believe it worked.
