What about 420's too?

The 318 and 420 I owned I repowered with Kohler Commands, both had blown engines when I bought them.

Here is my 87 316 with original Onan p218g. Got its winter clothes on. The craftsman wheel weights are just a figment of your imagination! Haven't found anyone to give me JD weights for free yet.
Also have a 54 blade and a 30 tiller with extension and rear pto

My 89 318 is still going strong with its original P218, wasn't running when I got it, and was about to be sent off to the recycler, couldn't let that happen, little TLC and its back in fighting form, didn't really need another yard tractor, but my OCD kicked in, like it always does when I see fine machines going to waste.

My 83 420 is still running on onan power, my 83 318 was blown up when I got it so it provided some donor parts to revive the 420.

I have a '91 318 with the original P218 that has 2200 hours on it. Still runs great with loads of power. It is all original. I got it with a 50" deck, 3-point, 54 4-way blade, 49 blower, and the cab from the original owner when he upgraded to the X7xx series.

Jeff;
I love your 318 with the 26 rear tires! What I really like and would love to know more about is the 2 speed rear end with different lock that you have in it. Could you tell me what model the donor machine was and any or all fabrication you had to do to install.
Thanks.

I have a 1990 318 with 751 hours on the original onan with the p218 engine.
This year will be the first winter to use it.I am kind of excited about that, as I have had it for 4 years now and have gone thru the engine replacing most of he gaskets and cleaning resetting the valves.
I refurbished the entire 49 snowthrower and added the 34 tooth sprocket and rubber flaps to aid in throwing the heavier snow we get here in new England.
I bought a brinly 10 plow and the brinly older heavier cultivator from Adam Quist the past year,,Thankyou Adam. And a Ruegg 3 point hitch like new from KB,.. Thankyou KB.
I also have the soft sided cab that I have to sandblast and repaint, the 54- 4 way plow, the 46" mower deck with a power flow bagger. The deck is next on the list for refurbishment.
