Nice, if your going to use this that Bondo will crack out over time. If itll just be a show trailer or light duty it'll be fine.

Bondo does not handle flex well. or at least in my use of it.

All depend upon your intended use as to how fancy to get with the Bondo.

Lol. I was thinking of that too, but already tossing more money into the project than I expected/liked. I do have a cow mat I was going to toss in to have extra protection over the bondo.
like the cow mat idea to protect the bondo from getting all banged back up. It wont be you tossing stuff in there but the kid will be soon enough!

Pic of my 74 140 and the Allis Chalmers Trailer I have,

The trailer is home made and the guy I got it from said His father-in-law built it and he was a Allis Chalmers dealer in Mazomanie WI in the 70's-80's so I call it my Allis Chalmers trailer. I have had to redoe both Axles as have broken them off. If I just used it behind the Garden Tractors it would be okay but it gets used behind the ATV's as well and kids go mach 10 down the trials and it bounces along behind as best it can.

I know but I have backup trailers for trailers,

as you plan to use it for a day and blow out a tire or snap a axle and have to go to the backup unit to get the job done till you find time to fix the problem.

The Allis Chalmers Trailer which I have had 3 years has had the Hitch reworked where it attach's to the axle frame. 1 tire snapped axle off twice and other tire snapped axle off 1 time. If It only saw use behind Garden Tractor it would be okay but it gets put behind ATVS and kids go mach 3 down the trail regardless of the bumps and the trailer is catching air as it bounces along. Im sure the sudden bumps due the axle no favors when they are hit.

This is the backup to the Allis trailer and needs some loving as well. 1 tire goes flat over time and rear gate will fall out till I put chain across the back holding it in tight. Have had wheels fall off as well the cotter pin holding them on will fail and off comes the wheel. That is a 5 min fix and not to bad.

Keep the trailers around the kid will use them for things and hauling around and then when 1 breaks you have the other to use till you fix the first one. Been there and done that a few times now. Heck even my Big ATV Wood hauling trailers have there moments when the dont answer the bell for a full 15 round day. They may make it to round 7 or 8 and then are done till they get some Loving Repair work or a blown out tire fixed.

Fox the Cart was free from CL like 5 years ago. I have no idea the brand name on it. I pretty sure there is not a sticker on it at all. I had 1 tire not hold air and I put a tube in it took me like 3 hours to get the tube in it was not fun that I remember. The other tire now holds air for like a month before its flat.

I have like 8 or 9 small trailer's around here.

I did a trailer roundup count on another message board so sorry for the long post but I went and found that to copy paste here.

there's like 9 trailers so I have more trailers than ATV's

Heck Ill due a quick rundown just to make sure.
1.Wheel barrow Trailer Used mostly with the Honda 125 for youngest kid. Free from My Dad
2.Small Yard trailer for Garden Tractor Used with small ATV's Free has 1 tire goes flat after 1 week.
3.Orange Trailer Used with kids ATV and Hauls the Maple sap have 5gal bucket frame made so buckets dont slide around n spring as it tracks behind ATV tires so not alot of drag. Cost $100 I think or $200
4.Wood Trailer center balanced axle which is nice can load with wood and still able to hook up to ATV when loaded. Free from a friend
5. Wood trailer with spring axle. Biggest wood hauling trailer I have with spring axle that I have a bench made for kid hauler as well. Free 1/2 mile down the road from my house 15 years ago
6.Single Place ATV trailer tilt deck 4x8 has hauled alot of ATV's for me over the years, My Brother bought it new when he got his 2002 Honda Foreman 450 Have has this one the longest.
7. Snowmobile trailer 2 place I got this when I went up to 2 atvs' and need to haul both from the in house town out to the woodland. I think I traded a computer for it.
8. Trailer for lumber hauling just a frame with long tongue and a axle pretty much.
9. Log cart axle and tilt deck as a log arch for if I get into the needing to haul trees to the sawmill for cutting still need to get sawmill set up.
10. theres a trailer 5x9 I think under the pine trees that I made a cover for and has a bunch of the wifes' outside decor stuff in it that came out of the outhouse shed that got taken over to be the chicken feed storge shed.

There that is the trailer count that ATV's use.

there is also the car trailer but I don't know if that counts but the ATV's have moved that around the yard when needed

I should go and take pictures of all of these so I would know what I all have.
