Seems like when I see 200 series tractors for sale or just hoods on ebay that most are missing the headlight cover. Do the fasteners vibrate out? Do the plastic lenses crack?

Yes, and other abuse. Might still be available from Deere.

They are fragile, so once they are broken they are usually thrown away.
