Hey Fellas
I have a 1996 model 425 with 960 hours on it that I recently bought and in the process of fixin it up. I've gone through the tractor and did a lot of cleaning on it even the gas tank, fuel pump and engine/ radiator inside and out. All the wiring is in good shape however the fuel gauge is very slow to come up to the level of what it should read with gas in the tank and the temperature gauge will slowly pendualate from near cold to warm when the engine is running, up and down up and down. Also when you engage the transaxle pto the light on the dash will not come on unless you tap on the instrument panel, even though the pto is running. All the proper lights on the dash come on when you first turn on the key. Is the instrument panel in need of replacement or do the faults lay elsewhere.
I have limited access to a computer so if you have a question about my question I maybe slow to respond. Thanks, Jeremy
