Carlisle tires leaking, got tubes, can't keep valve lined up in wheel

Mr Gman , if you don't find the correct tube with the correct side valve , you CAN take the tire off the wheel and drill another hole in the wheel with the same off set that your tube has and the same diameter as the tube valve stem, then weld the old hole up or put a plug in it or just put a tubeless valve stem in it.
If you choose to drill another hole for the correct tube off set ,make sure you dress the sharp burrs from around the new hole.
Of course the simple thing to do is buy a tube with the correct off set.
Good luck.

Here is a handy little tool if you are changing valve core/valve stems.
