Hi, I see the listing. Does it include the double pulley for the mower deck?
Also, is an additional bracket required for the tractor or does it attach to the hitch plate?

The double pulley is not included unless you have one already on your mower deck. It depends on your tractor if it will fit right up.

I believe the bagger post slides down on top of rear closed frame and locates with pin shown. No bracket needed.
