Front attachment swapping on 855 help

Any advice so far is trying to sell me expensive conversion adapters. $4000 is out of the question. Has to be something easier for taking on and off my bucket and forks from my loader arms. Can I just steal loader arm ends from a newer tractor and pin on my arms to get me started? Everything seems over complicated? I don't have unlimited money to throw at this. But then I suppose I need to weld again something more to the forks and bucket to make that work? Kindof overwhelmed by this. I have 1986 855 with a 52 loader. Right now I have to totally remove each attachment from the bare arms. It's a huge chore for one person. Even maybe a simple flat adapter plate that pins directly to my stock loader arms that keeps arms spaced correctly to push up to my bucket and pin in? Doesn't have to be unitatch or whatever I guess. Sounds like that's too expensive a route to start down? If anyone gets what I'm saying let me know. I know there has to be something someone has to do this quickly and easily without trying to reengineer the whole thing.

Well possibly but I don't have the patience or money or talent probably to do that. I've seen just peices of what you have for $1500. Unless you are making affordable kits. Probably not practical for me. Hoping someone knows of a more simple adapter. Not sure what other front skid steer attachments are practical for the tractor anyway?

This is the cheapest I’ve found other than pure Chinesium.
Didn't find any JDQA (Deere’s quick attach) ones for that loader. Can’t get any simpler as that’s all their is to anSSQA attacher.

SSQA is popular because all skidloaders use it and a lot of tractors use it because of that. (I find it to be a finicky and obnoxious system personally from using it at work). Most all attachments for a machine this size are also offered in JDQA as they’re the 2 main/only quick attaches on stuff this small. S
Depending on use cases, a lot. The main things for machine around this size I can think of is buckets, pallet forks, bale spears, grapples, rock buckets, and manure forks. Most of which you probably don’t care about.

Whatever you do for a quick attach you’ll have to replace or modify your attachments to have the correct mounting brackets.

Yeah. I've seen these. You sell them? That is like $1300 or 1600 and they want that again for the bracket to put on bucket. Probably again to put on my forx. That's $4000. Simply rediculous. Oh i don't know what I would put on in front in future if anything. Probably something hydraulic obviously if skid steer style. But probably better on the rear. Just bought a quick hitch for rear cuz post hole digger is infuriating. Probably have to make stands for things next. Plus I'm wondering on how much in strength I give up. Those brackets say 1500# max. So flimsy stuff welded to my bucket and say lifting a small car with my existing forx would probably just rip right off the quick attach bracket? Needs to be a bracket that goes straight from boom arms to my existing stock attachments. I do digging with a fork arm popping out stumps and things and think the shearing force of that would destroy a quick attach? Don't want to give up performance for ease either. I use my equipment old school 😎👍

A QH is not compatible with a PHD. You’ll need to remove your QH to attach the PHD because the PHD does not use a top link, the PHD attaches directly to the tractor where the top link would mount.
A Pat’s EZ Hitch works with a PHD but doesn’t make hooking it up much easier.

Not sure where you we’re getting over a grand for the adapter plates.
Here’s a couple of places that sell them for less than $250.

I wouldn’t worry about weight ratings with that small of a tractor.

Thanx. Will take a look. I went to website you showed earlier. Maybe I was wrong on price. But that peice goes on cylinders is either $1300-1600. That's a problem for me as well. That's for rich folk who don't appreciate money! He'll I bought a huge hunk of steel brand new rear unitatch for my 3 point for $150 delivered. So this $1300+ stuff doesn't compute for me is all. I guess if do come up with an affordable cylinder adapter peice I have to decide if it will hold up to hardcore bucket digging and stuff. Hoping this isn't only option out there
