I am in the process of buying a 67 112H with no motor. I was told that the difference between early and late style HH100s is the ignition points vs solid state. Are there any other differences? Can the short blocks be interchanged? Can you guys point me to a thread/website (or explain it again to a new guy) that explains the differences, what year tractors go with what HH100s.
Better yet, post pics or links I can look at! I am going to start looking for a engine and I am young guy/have never seen a 112 up close!
